Farmed organically on windswept, agate-strewn benches overlooking the Columbia River from both the Oregon and Washington banks. 

2014 was year three in a four-vintage warming streak. Water availability lagged demand toward the end of ripening. First real crop from our small WA plot.  

Characteristically raspberry-ish, suggesting both raw fruit and the associated leaves—a provocative tension between red and green influences.  Defiantly unconfected.
